On your point 2, Christina Katz's book Writer Mama is a great resource for writers who struggle to fit writing in. If a busy mom can write around the lives of her children, then I think anyone can schedule small chunks of time here and there.

Yxes. I switched a few years ago, and I have never looked back. I have had similar experiences with the folks at the Genius Bar in the ever-crowded Apple Store--a fact that is confirmed by anyone I know.

My very recent MacBook Pro experience at the Genius Bar was every bit as helpful, but I needed a new hard drive, which will be placed in my computer and shipped to me free of charge.

PS-Pray for Steve Jobs, who is quite it right now. He is the <3 of Apple.

I saw the link on FB and that's how I found it. I'm still not sure whether to Plurk or Twitter, tho. With Twitter, I can drop a tweet and be gone in twelve seconds or less and have it propagate out to sites that matter to me. Plurk seems like it requires more time but I don't know that for sure.
